BLUF: Lightweight web-based utilities for NIMS/ICS Emergency Management professionals. Engineered for Planning Section Chiefs, Situation Unit Leaders, Resource Unit Leaders and others to work faster and smarter.

Designed for Emergency Management professionals who need to move fast. These utilities help Situation and Resource Unit Leaders manage data more efficiently, reducing the administrative burden so you can focus on the mission.

What's included in the toolkit?

CHRONOS (Incident Timer): A master timing controller for the Situation Unit.

  • Tracks incident duration with synchronized Local and UTC clocks.
  • Manages multiple auxiliary timers and countdowns for specific tactical operations.
  • Sets automated alarms based on elapsed time or real-world time.
  • Maintains an exportable activity log for documentation and official records.

ATLAS (Resource Tracker): A digital T-Card system for the Resource Unit.

  • Tracks personnel and equipment across 5 operational statuses (Ordered, Available, Assigned, etc.).
  • Calculates real-time totals for resources and personnel count (PAX).
  • Manages detailed assignment info, agency data, and contact details.
  • Supports CSV import/export for easy data exchange and backups.

ATHENA (Coming Soon): A future module focused on Situational Awareness and Common Operating Pictures.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. All tools are built as Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with an "Offline First" architecture. Once loaded, they work entirely on your device without a connection. Data syncs locally and persists until you clear it.

How is my data stored?

Your data never leaves your device. We use your browser's local storage to save your logs, resource lists, and settings. No data is sent to the cloud, ensuring operational security and privacy.

You also retain full control of your data portability:

  • ATLAS: Export your entire resource board to CSV for backup or external analysis in Excel/Google Sheets. You can also import CSV files to load pre-planned resource lists.
  • CHRONOS: Export your activity log as a text file to include in your ICS-214 or incident documentation.
How do I install these apps?

You don't need an app store. For faster access:

  • iOS: Tap the "Share" button in Safari and select "Add to Home Screen".
  • Android: Tap the menu dots in Chrome and select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen".
